One Preevay Return and Refund Policy


At One Preevay, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

1. Items must be in brand new, unused condition.
2. Original packaging must be intact.
3. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

Return Procedure

1. Email sales@oneprive.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
2. Ship the item to:

1. Provide tracking information via email.

Refund Processing

1. Refunds will be issued within two weeks of receiving the returned item.
2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

1. Customer bears shipping costs for returns and exchanges (except for Fulfillment Errors).
2. One Preevay reimburses up to $25 USD for shipping costs due to Fulfillment Errors.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:


1. Non-returnable items (identified on Product Details Page).
2. Used, installed, or assembled products.
3. Items not in original condition and packaging.
4. Throws, bedding, or linens that have been opened.
5. Made-to-Order, Custom, or Special Order products.
6. Perfume, candles, diffusers, or room sprays that have been opened.
7. Large quantities (4+ items) without prior approval.
8. Clearance/sale items.
9. Products bought with discount codes.

Additional Notes

1. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Samples are sold at unit price and are refundable when returned unused.
3. One Preevay reserves the right to issue refunds as store credit in certain circumstances.
