Exceptions:

- Custom furnishings under $10,000.
- Upgraded shipping methods (fees apply).
- PO Boxes (UPS does not deliver).

Return and Exchange Policy:

- Exchanges: Free.
- Refunds: Subject to item-specific restocking policies.
- Return shipping costs: Borne by customer.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
